Booking weeks run from each Saturday at 1700 to the following Saturday at 1000.   

Reservations
The price of a week's rent is £2500 except for the periods 19th December till 2nd January 2010 and July and August 2010 when it is £2950. Reservations can be made by email or telephone. We require a deposit of £700 at the time of reservation. Until we receive this deposit your reservation will be provisional only. The balance is then due 8 weeks before your scheduled arrival. Your deposit will not be refunded if the reservation is cancelled within 4 weeks of the scheduled rental.

Security Deposit
A deposit of £500 will be required on arrival. The deposit will be returned to you on departure or not later than a week after you leave minus any replacements for breakages or extra cleaning etc. Please leave the château in the manner it was entrusted to you.

General terms and conditions:

Included: Exclusive occupancy of the castle for up to 16. Linens, utilities, grounds maintenance and cleaning assistance available on a weekly basis.
Start and end of weekly occupancy: Saturday 4:00 p.m. to Saturday 10:00 a.m.

Cancellation: Deposit is not refunded for cancellations.

Liability and Insurance: All visitors must arrange their own holiday insurance, including medical cover as required. The owners can accept no responsibility for accidents.

Disclaimer: The owners of the Château de Belcaire will not accept any liability for any loss, injury or damage of any nature whatsoever sustained to or by any person in the course of their occupation of the chateau and the land belonging adjacent thereto as a result of the occupation of that property or any activity carried out in the course of such occupation whosesoever sustained, such activity and occupation being carried out at the individual's own risk.
